Crucible Software LLC · Last updated 6 July 2026

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs use of the internal time-tracking and invoicing integration (the “Software”) provided by Crucible Software LLC (“Crucible”). The Software connects to QuickBooks Online to create draft invoices for Crucible’s consulting engagements.

1. License

Crucible grants the authorized operator a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software internally for Crucible’s own billing operations. The Software is not sold, sublicensed, or distributed to third parties.

2. Acceptable use

The Software may be used only to access QuickBooks Online company data that the operator is authorized to access, and only to read reference records and create draft invoices. The operator will not use the Software to violate any law or Intuit’s Terms of Service.

3. Intuit services

Use of the Software with QuickBooks Online is also subject to Intuit’s applicable terms. The Software is an independent tool and is not endorsed by or affiliated with Intuit Inc.

4. No warranty

The Software is provided “AS IS,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The operator is responsible for reviewing all draft invoices before sending.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crucible shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Software.

6. Termination

This license terminates automatically if the Software’s access to QuickBooks Online is revoked or if these terms are breached.
